Many of the “Left Behind” generation of the American church fixate on being ready for the rapture by trusting in Christ.  But by examining Luke 12, we will discover what it really means to be ready for Christ’s return.

Our modern focus on individualism is deeply unbiblical and a distortion of Christianity. Scripture teaches that identity is rooted in households and community, where relationships are built on God’s covenantal design and not isolated individual experiences. To reclaim biblical faithfulness, we must reject the self-centeredness of our culture and embrace the corporate identity God has given us through Christ.
